Butterfly blossom renders a range of alluring colors from deep blues to bright purples and pinks, depending on what you mix it with. Add citrus for purple and pink tones but be aware that simply adding soda water to a cup of plain butterfly blossom tea may turn your drink into a less-than-appealing shade of grey.
Makes 1 cocktail
In a rocks glass or ceramic cup, add ice, base spirit, butterfly limonata in a rocks glass. Top with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a citrus wheel or scented geranium leaf. Makes 1 cocktail.
