Baked Apple Crisps

After running around picking your favorite apples at the orchard. you’ll work up an appetite for this super simple satisfying snack.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Cup(s)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 apples
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 200°F. Brush a wire rack with canola oil and place it on a baking sheet.

2 Core the apples and cut them into ¼-inch slices. Toss the apple slices in a medium bowl with the lemon juice (to prevent discoloration). Arrange the apple slices on the wire rack and bake for 2 hours. Allow the apple chips to cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
